I asked Mr Joseph on July 8th when I brought my car In to diagnose why my engine icon was on and also about why when I used my key fob to turn my car on my ac In the car would blow just warm air, he said when the part would come in they would check it, when I called around the 21st to see if the part was in yet he said no, later that day he called and said the part was In so we scheduled the service the 24th , I brought the car in and asked him again about the remote start not putting the ac air cold and just putting out warm air, he said he was going to get them to check it, and I also asked if someone could show me how to take the headrest off so I could put my new seat covers on which were in the car also, Mr Al gave me a ride home and came pick me up when my car was ready, I asked Mr Joseph about the remote start ac problem and he clearly told me my car does not come with that equipment that I have to put the key in the ignition to start the ac, he specifically said he tried it, I called a few places and was told that my ac should come on with the remote start as long as the ac was on previously, apparently Mr Joseph did not ask a mechanic technician to check because I’m told from other Chevrolet dealerships that their is an update program this year PRO- C60 and C0277, I feel like ever since I spoke to someone about another very minor issue with Mr Joseph he now does the very minimum to try and help me, I should not have to continually bring my car to see what the issues are when I asked for someone to please check it while it was being checked for something else, I asked him 3 times about the remote start and ac, now I am bringing my car to a different Chevrolet dealership which is further from you because they are saying my ac should come on with the remote start fob, so if I had not followed up or second guessed Mr Joseph I’d probably have to eventually pay to get this corrected

I am very disappointed due to the fact my 2016 Cadillac was brought to the shop (Courtesy Cadillac/Cheverolet) for a simple battery change because the battery was still under warranty. nothing else was wrong with my vehicle. upon installing the battery my vehicle would not start, however the dash lit up the lights was working. They called to inform me that it could be another problem. They informed me what my cost would be and i gave them to go ahead to proceed with repairs. Two days later they call to tell me vehicle still would not start and the cost continued to rise to nearly 7,000.00 for parts and labor. At that point I went into the dealership. The shop manager informed me that my vehicle may have been struck by lighting and I should contact my insurance (Progressive Insurance) to have them look at. I feel violated, Courtesy Chevrolet out of Broussard Louisiana failed me.They are the only people that serviced all my vehicles (2017 Cherolet Silverado).My Cadillac XTS was still brand new just wells to say ionly had 150,000 miles and no one drove it but me. i am devastaed and at this point has to buy a new vehhicle.

The lady that checked us in was very courteous and helpful. We needed an oil change and tire rotation but my husband commented that we had been having hard shifting issues (which we had before several years ago), especially when pulling our camper. She recommended a transmission flush and fluid replacement, along with our oil change. Service was completed by the end of the day and we were able to pick up our vehicle.

Recently had an issue with tire pressure sensors on a pre-owned vehicle I purchased a few weeks ago. At the time of the vehicle purchase I also purchased an extended vehicle warranty. The warranty has a $200 co-pay for each occurance but the dealership worked with me on the issue of a tire sensor going out separately on multiple occassions.

I am a huge chevy advocate and I was immensely disappointed in how I was treated with my most recently experience. I purchased a warranty for a battery and I was charged $240 to simply install the new battery. I am not a certified mechanic, but I have changed my fair share of batteries on vehicles so I know the time and minal effort it takes to change a battery on the vehicles that I have owned. I am a person of integrity and certain jobs to no warrant certain costs, period. I purchased my vehicle at the location of the service, and made things easy by choosing to service my vehicle at that same location and being a truly expectational customer. I am severely disappointed in the way that this matter was handled and I hope that no one else gets treated this way.
