We contacted Courtesy looking for a Traverse. The one on the lot was not the color we wanted. We spoke to Salesperson Connie. She then began a search and the same day located a Traverse in the color that we wanted and had it delivered to the dealership the following day. Wife and I went and loved it. Connie went above and beyond to assist us, we are completely satisfied with our purchase and the professionalism showed by Connie!!! Thank you Courtesy
