I absolutely love my new vehicle. My salesman Justin Madox was so very kind and helpful, I would recommend all my family and friends to purchase from him. Justin showed me everything about my vehicle before I left. He was just so helpful I can't say enough about him. My husband Carl Theriot also purchase a new truck at same time, he feels same way as I do, he did receive a survey misunderstood it and put a 1 that was a BIG MISTAKE!!!

Came in for first time oil change,tire rotation,and recall notification. Service advisor said I was late on oil change and I didn���t realize I was mailed a coupon for the service. He took care of everything and I was very pleased with my service and price. Took 1 1/2 hrs

I was sold a truck in January and since I purchased the truck it's been serviced five times within the year for a different reason every time. Even after purchasing the warranty, it's always a part that isn't covered. The advisors are money-hungry and don't care about the customers. My truck wasn't fixed and they still charged me for a diagnosis test and didn't even tell me what the issue was. I will never buy another truck from Chevy!
