Rodney Batiste is the perfect salesman. No pressure. None of the "song and dance" that usually comes with purchasing a vehicle. This is our third purchase with him. Don't let him go. Stephen in Finance was also wonderful. Again, none of the annoying song and dance routine. I will follow Mr. Batiste wherever he goes and plan to buy all my future cars from him. I was told I had a bad tire with an issue with the belt. And the technician walked away. I wasn’t told which tire was the problem. Nor did I have time to ask any questions about it. I wasn’t even offered to get it fixed there. I’ve been dealing with this company for years, 9 to be exact, since I purchased the vehicle there. I brought my car to 2 other shops before the 1 tire that needed to be replaced was replaced. I use to be able to get everything fully serviced at Chevy, which is why I always only brought my car there for all maintenance. Now I’m reconsidering another shop that can take care of all my car needs immediately and explain things to and not leave me trying to figure it out myself.

Went in for a oil change took around a hour in a half. That is a long time when I could of went one mile down the road and got a oil change in 15 minutes an paid around the same price without a appointment

I came in for an oil change in to get a tire fixed and also to get my tires rotated. However, they told me the tire could not be fixed and I would have to order a new tire. Also, the tires were not rotated as I requested. I got a second opinion on the tire and the tire was repaired somewhere else.I feel like all this visit was was trying to get me to buy something. Very unsatisfied.
