The service dept discovered my battery was soon to fail, it was replaced under warranty. The significance is that I am leaving on a 2 week road trip by myself, I am 76 years old and don���t need this kind of trouble on the road.
I have purchased quite a few vehicles in my life and I really hate the process, but it was pretty painless at Courtesy. They were very fair with the trade in value, which is definitely not the case at all dealerships, and they priced my new truck right on the first offer. EVERYONE was extremely friendly and Josh(Taco) who worked the majority of my deal was working his first solo sale and anyone he asked for help, gladly stopped and helped him. Rodney actually handled delivery and he was super friendly as well. I would name drop everyone if I could remember their names! Well done and great team work!
