Confirmed Service Customer
Brought my truck in for check engine light and adaptive cruise not working. After 5 days the had to order a part to change. Changed the part got check engine light to clear. Told me I had the button to the adaptive cruise off, that they drove it and was working . I knew there was no button to turn it off. Tried it on the highway, not working! Went back and got someone to drive it. Guy says well it sure is not working. Now I have to being my truck back for another week without a loaner vehicle.
