Got my computer updated, oil changed and tires rotated. That part went great. Only complaint I have is my truck had greasy finger prints in various places on my truck. And my rims where greasy and dirty too. Next time. Clean up after your work!

I would say that the techs did a good job. But there was an overall lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle it took at least 3 phone calls after lunch before I could get someone to give me a call back and an additional call from my wife as well. It just leaves an uneasy feeling with the customer as specific timeframes that are mentioned begin to close in. I would suggest having someone available to actually answer the phone in the service department, or have the operator transfer people to management when they have called multiple times and explained that service has been non responsive and that your vehicle is needed. This is our 4th vehicle that we have purchased from Courtesy, and to be honest the lack of communication makes us a bit uneasy about purchasing a 5th.
