The first day I went to look at a vehicle.. didn’t know the salesman that I was dealing with was off that day… NOBODY came out as I looked at vehicles. Second day was so much better.. Manning was a great sales man.
I purchased a 2023 convertible Camaro. It came from the factory with a leaking top. My car filled with rain water ruining the carpet, possibly the seats and the ventilation system. Toxic mold has taken over the inside of my car. I called Rick and true to his word to do whatever it takes to find the problem and fix it once and for all, he did. He discovered that all of the seals were defective and replaced them on my 3 month old car. We are now waiting for the replacement carpeting to arrive so it can be installed. I will then have the seats mold tested and then the AC will need to be sanitized to kill the spores that came in through the recirculation button. Rick was kind, professional and made me feel like he cared about me and my car. It was a difficult problem to solve and he had to follow all of GM's protocols which took weeks. He communicated with me every step of the way. I appreciate problem solvers like Rick, who care about people!
I can honestly say that had it not been for the salesman, Manny Cruz and the way he interacted with me, I would not have purchased my vehicle. One of the best salesman I have ever dealt with. Not pushy and very personable.

I had a great experience. I went in for a test drive and left with a new car. Every was so easy to talk to. When asking questions I felt like they explained things and were sure I understood everything l.
When in for oil change and tire pressure sensor change. Check engine light on. Was there 3hrs and when I left I had two other tire pressure sensors not working and chech engine light still on. Now there is a reduced power error code. I paid nearly $300 and left in worst condition than when I drove in.

Manny was an ALL-STAR!!! I have never felt so comfortable from my initial call to him to pulling out of the lot in our new Tahoe.
